- This role is remote, however, a hybrid option is available if the candidate is living in Seattle.

Responsibilities
- Develop and engineer new solutions to enhance existing data classification and protection technologies across the organization.
- Collaborate with teams within Security and across the organization internationally to safeguard business-critical data.
- Design and execute various projects to improve the data protection infrastructure and boost efficiency and detection rates.
- Enjoy the freedom and autonomy to deeply explore related technologies, understand their workings and applications, and consider their integration into future solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Information Security, Information Technology, Networking & Systems Administration, Computer Science, or a similar technical discipline
- Strong technical understanding of information security concepts, common attacks and mitigation techniques, and the ability to make risk-based decisions
- Good understanding of operating systems internals and security practices
- Good understanding of common network protocols
- Experience with Python, PowerShell, or similar programming languages
