In this role, you'll assist clients behind the scenes by helping organize travel plans, coordinate key details, and ensure a seamless experience from start to finish.
- You'll act as a reliable support resource—keeping plans organized, providing timely communication, and helping clients feel confident throughout the process. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, managing logistics, and working independently in a flexible remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to gather trip details, preferences, and scheduling needs
- Assist with coordinating travel arrangements such as accommodations, transportation, and activities
- Monitor planning progress and provide updates on confirmations and next steps
- Review available options and present relevant information clearly
- Respond to client inquiries through email, phone, and online messaging systems
- Support itinerary updates, changes, and service-related requests
- Maintain organized and accurate records within internal platforms
- Participate in onboarding sessions and continuous learning opportunities
