Responsibilities

• Lead complex legal research, drafting, and analysis efforts.
• Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to the firm's knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Spearhead high-level estate planning, corporate transactions, and other critical legal projects.
• Ensure the highest quality of client service through effective team collaboration and leadership.
• Operate seamlessly between the firms locations in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, and downtown Chicago, Illinois.

Requirements

• Proven track record in law with a strong emphasis on trusts, estates, and taxation.
