Job description

• Team Mancuso Powersports North is hiring a Service Advisor to join our great team. The Service Advisor is responsible for scheduling service work in the service department and for selling additional needed services to customers.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service appointments and obtain customer and vehicle data prior to arrival
• Greet customers in a timely and friendly manner
• Provide a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts
• Check progress of repairs throughout the day and contact customers regarding any changes in the estimated time and cost requirements
• Receive proper authorization before any repairs are performed

Requirements

• Two years’ experience in dealership position
• General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations
• Great customer service skills
• Strong work ethic and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Active listening and strong communication skills
• Ability to follow directions and willingness to learn
• Respect for teammates and a positive outlook
