• We are currently seeking a Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our friendly and fast-paced team. CSRs are a vital part of our clinic's success, setting the tone for each client interaction and ensuring smooth communication between clients and our medical team. Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and assist with check-in and patient intake
• Provide prompt and courteous communication by phone, text, and email
• Schedule and confirm appointments accurately and efficiently
• Educate clients using appropriate veterinary terminology
• Relay patient information clearly to doctors and support staff
• Manage check-out procedures, including billing and payment processing
• Identify patients requiring special handling (e.g., isolation cases)
• Maintain a cheerful and professional demeanor with both clients and team members
• Support pharmacy and surgical discharge procedures (preferred for experienced candidates)

Requirements
