Responsibilities

• Assist in candidate sourcing through various channels.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with account managers to understand client requirements and contribute to the recruitment strategy.
• Learn and utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and recruitment activities.
• Develop strong relationships with candidates and assist in managing client relationships.
• Healthcare Recruitment preferred

Requirements

• 3+ years in recruiting (agency or corporate).
• Familiarity navigating ATS platforms.
• Proven success in sourcing and hiring high-quality candidates, achieving hiring goals, and building robust talent pipelines.
• Strong communication skills, coupled with excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Resourceful, proactive, and creative problem-solver.
• Able to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Experience with high volume recruitment.
• Experience with Healthcare or Government/Public Sector roles a plus
