Responsibilities

• Introduce clients to vacation opportunities, destination experiences, and travel programs
• Build relationships with prospective travelers through online communication channels
• Assist with arranging travel components such as resorts, cruises, tours, transportation, and vacation packages
• Provide information about destinations, travel experiences, and current promotional offers
• Support clients throughout the inquiry, planning, and reservation process
• Maintain organized records of client interactions and travel requests
• Collaborate with travel partners and suppliers using approved booking resources
• Stay informed about industry developments, travel trends, and featured destinations
• Participate in virtual training sessions and continuing education programs

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be authorized to work in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Australia, Spain, or other approved regions
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Ability to work remotely and manage responsibilities independently
• Strong communication and people skills
• A positive, professional, and service-oriented approach
• Confidence engaging with individuals through digital platforms
• Good organizational and time-management abilities
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
