- We are seeking an experienced Community Manager to oversee daily operations at Everly at Meridian Hills, a well-maintained apartment community located in a quiet, established neighborhood near Meridian Kessler. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who excels in team management, resident relations, and property performance.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the apartment community
- Lead and supervise on-site staff
- Oversee leasing, renewals, and resident relations
- Monitor rent collections, occupancy, and retention
- Coordinate maintenance operations and service standards
- Manage budgets and ensure Fair Housing compliance
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Community Manager experience in multifamily housing
