• Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant
• Location: Austin, TX (Onsite/Hybrid)
• Experience: 12+ Years
• We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant with 12+ years of experience in ERP implementation, finance transformation, and business process optimization. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in D365 Finance and strong experience working with manufacturing, distribution, retail, wholesale, supply chain, and inventory-driven organizations.
• The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, finance teams, operations teams, and technology partners to drive end-to-end D365 Finance implementations, process improvements, integrations, and support initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead D365 Finance implementation, enhancement, upgrade, and support engagements.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable D365 Finance solutions.

• Cash & Bank Management
• Budgeting and Forecasting
• Cost Accounting
• Financial Reporting
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, and Operations teams to ensure seamless financial integration.
• Support month-end and year-end financial close processes.
• Design and implement Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.
• Participate in solution design workshops and business process re-engineering initiatives.
• Develop functional design documents and support technical teams during development.
• Define data migration strategy and validate migrated financial data.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities.
• Drive adoption of best practices and standard D365 capabilities.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and business users.
• Work with executive stakeholders to align ERP solutions with business goals.

Requirements

• 12+ years of ERP consulting experience with strong Microsoft Dynamics expertise.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance.
