Job description

Responsibilities

• Engage with qualified leads and set in-home appointments
• Clearly explain pest control service options and customize plans for customer needs
• Build lasting customer relationships through professionalism and integrity
• Meet and exceed sales goals through discipline, follow-through, and strong communication
• Maintain accurate records and follow up with potential clients
• Work fully onsite Monday-Friday (no weekends) with mixed schedules between 7am-4pm and 9am-6pm

Requirements

• Prior in-home sales experience (required)
• Pest control sales experience (a plus)
• A driven self-starter with excellent communication skills
• Someone with high personal integrity, strong work ethic, and a results-focused mindset
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-based environment
