• We are seeking a legal assistant with a minimum of 3 years IP litigation experience in federal and state courts to work with several Shareholders in our IP Litigation Practice Group. We are specifically looking for a candidate who has experience in both federal and state court litigation, is meticulous, pays attention to detail, has exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work directly with clients.

Responsibilities

• General legal assistant duties, including managing various correspondence, agreements, contracts, pleadings and discovery.
• Assist in creating, revising, proof reading and finalizing documents, including correspondence, pleadings and discovery.
• Regular telephone contact, email, and direct interaction with clients.
• Maintain organized electronic files.
• Electronically file documents in State and federal courts.
• Maintain electronic litigation dockets.
• Communicate with court officers and opposing counsel on behalf of the attorneys.
• Manage attorney calendars, schedule meetings and appointments.
• Prepare expense reimbursements for attorneys and assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements
