Responsibilities

• - Welcome guests with a warm, professional attitude
• - Check guests in and out efficiently
• - Answer questions and provide information about the resort and local attractions
• - Process reservations and guest payments
• - Maintain accurate guest accounts
• - Post room, dining, and other charges
• - Balance daily revenue and resolve discrepancies
• - Complete end-of-day audit procedures
• - Prepare daily financial reports for department leaders
• - Ensure smooth and secure overnight resort operations

Requirements

• - High school diploma or GED required
• - Previous customer service, hospitality, front desk, or cash-handling experience is a plus
• - Proficient in Microsoft Office Products: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• - Must be proficient with retail point-of-sale systems
