• Salary Range: $45,000 - $65,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly.
• Process accounts payable and ensure timely vendor payments.
• Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing and collection efforts.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Maintain accurate general ledger records and journal entries.
• Prepare and submit sales tax returns.
• Process payroll and maintain related records.

Requirements

• Proven experience with double-entry bookkeeping and generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with inventory accounting and cost accounting principles relevant to manufacturing operations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping and reconciliations.
