- Position Summary: Conducts requirements analysis and capability assessments for reconnaissance and attack aircraft and supports DOTMLPF-P gap analysis, requirements documentation, and system demonstrations/tests.
Responsibilities
- Conduct requirements analysis and capability assessments for reconnaissance and attack aircraft through Joint, Service, JUONS, and nonstandard requirements methodologies.
- Perform life-cycle DOTMLPF-P gap and capability analysis through CBA, C-BA, and AoA.
- Analyze and recommend DOTMLPF-P adjustments for manned Reconnaissance and Attack aircraft.
- Support related system demonstrations and tests.
- Provide detailed analysis on tactical operational employment of Army Aviation Reconnaissance and Attack capabilities to identify operational gaps.
Requirements
- Candidates must have an active Secret clearance and verify, before applying, that you meet the minimum requirements of the position.
- Senior or Master rated Aviator.
- At least fifteen years of flight/combat experience.
- Attack/reconnaissance aviation operational experience strongly preferred.
- Experience developing graduate-level white papers, concept papers, and requirements documents.
- Experience with Joint, Service, JUONS, and nonstandard requirements methodologies preferred.
