• Location: Opportunity available in either Baltimore, MD or Columbia, MD. This is a full-time, onsite position offering the flexibility to choose the office location that best fits you.
• Note: Applicants must be licensed to practice law in Maryland and have at least 3 years of business litigation experience, including courtroom and trial experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in complex business and commercial litigation matters.
• Handle breach of contract, partnership disputes, business torts, and other commercial litigation cases.
• Manage all phases of litigation, including pleadings, written discovery, document production, depositions, and motion practice.
• Prepare cases for trial and represent clients in court proceedings.
• Conduct legal research and draft persuasive legal memoranda and briefs.
• Collaborate closely with attorneys and clients to develop effective litigation strategies.
• Deliver exceptional client service while managing multiple matters efficiently.

Requirements

• Maryland Bar license required.
• 3+ years of business litigation experience.
• Prior courtroom experience required.
• Actual trial experience required.
• Experience managing all phases of pre-trial discovery.
• Strong legal research, analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Excellent academic credentials.
