Responsibilities

• Manage cases from inception to resolution under senior counsel supervision.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Take and defend depositions, assist with mediation and trial prep.
• Support settlement negotiations and strategic case development.
• Gain exposure to high-value, complex litigation cases against sophisticated defense teams.

Requirements

• Must have an active California bar license and 1–3 years of civil litigation experience.
• Active California bar membership in good standing.
• 1–3 years of California civil litigation experience.
• Plaintiff-side experience preferred; defense experience considered.
• Comfort with contingency work and fast-paced litigation.
