Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and vendor payments.
- Manage payroll processing, tax filings, and employee benefit administration.
- Maintain accurate financial records, reconcile bank statements, and prepare financial reports.
- Oversee general office operations, including supply management and vendor relations.
- Provide administrative support to the leadership team, including scheduling and correspondence.
- Assist with human resources functions, such as onboarding and record-keeping.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop and Excel for financial record-keeping and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to manage office operations, including vendor relations and supply management.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail for financial accuracy and compliance.
- Experience with payroll processing and associated tax filings.
