• Are you an experienced receptionist with a passion for animals and a commitment to exceptional client service? At Dr. Fitz Bayside Animal Clinic, we are seeking a talented Veterinary Receptionist with at least 5 years of experience to join our team in New Baltimore, MI.

Responsibilities

• As the face and voice of our clinic, the Veterinary Receptionist plays a pivotal role in ensuring every client has a positive experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Greet clients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Managing appointment scheduling and confirming bookings.
• Answering phone calls and responding to client inquiries.
• Processing payments and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Assisting clients with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Maintaining and updating patient records with precision and attention to detail.
• Supporting the team with general administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• We're looking for a receptionist who combines outstanding organizational skills with a warm, client-centered approach. The ideal candidate will have:
• At least 5 years of experience in a veterinary, medical, or customer service reception role.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems and scheduling software (experience with veterinary practice management software is a plus).
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
