This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant who can own strategy, systems, and designwhile keeping the brand voice consistent across multiple platforms. Youll play a vital role in launching a personal brand, podcast, digital products, and moremaking a real impact on meaningful, mission-aligned work.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage lead generation funnels and landing pages using GoHighLevel
- Design and schedule branded social media content (posts, reels, carousels, audiograms)
- Repurpose long-form content into engaging visuals
- Set up email/SMS automations and campaigns via GoHighLevel
- Upload and manage digital products and online storefronts
- Monitor and engage in inbox messages, DMs, comments, and groups
- Maintain a clean, organized calendar and inbox
- Create digital lead magnets, planners, workbooks, and guides
- Edit and schedule podcast episodes and promotional content
- Collaborate with the client to improve workflows and team operations
Requirements
