• We are seeking an In House Marketing Concierge to engage resort guests, generate interest in Vacatia’s vacation ownership offerings, and create meaningful opportunities through exceptional guest service. The ideal candidate is relationship-focused, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced resort environment.

Responsibilities

• Engaging resort guests, owners, referrals, and prospective owners to generate qualified tour opportunities through outbound and in-person interactions.
• Scheduling and confirming vacation ownership presentations while effectively managing daily tour availability and arrival manifests.
• Providing exceptional customer service while offering resort information, local recommendations, and personalized vacation assistance.
• Building excitement around Vacatia’s vacation ownership offerings, overcoming objections, and creating positive and memorable guest experiences.
• Completing necessary paperwork, maintaining accurate guest records, daily activity logs, and reservations, while adhering to company policies and gifting procedures.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in hospitality, marketing, customer service, or vacation ownership preferred.
• Previous timeshare or vacation ownership marketing experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a passion for guest engagement.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and experience working with CRM or reservation systems preferred.
• A self-motivated, positive attitude with a results-oriented mindset.
