Responsibilities
- Designs, develops, and deploys automation solutions for manufacturing processes.
- Programs PLCs, HMIs, and industrial robots for various production lines.
- Troubleshoots and resolves issues with existing automation systems and equipment.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and requirements.
- Implements and maintains industrial control networks and data acquisition systems.
- Conducts testing, validation, and optimization of automated processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Develops and maintains technical documentation for automation systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience in industrial automation, control systems, or robotics within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in programming PLCs (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens) and HMI/SCADA systems.
- Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP/IP, Profinet).
- Experience with vision systems, sensors, and other automation components.
