Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and implements automation solutions for manufacturing processes.
• Troubleshoots and optimizes existing automation systems to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and define project requirements.
• Develops and maintains detailed documentation for automation systems, including schematics, software, and operational procedures.
• Conducts training for manufacturing personnel on the operation and maintenance of automated equipment.
• Stays current with emerging automation technologies and industry best practices to recommend continuous improvements.
• Manages automation projects from conception through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in industrial automation, robotics, or controls engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley) and HMI/SCADA development.
• Experience with industrial communication protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, Modbus).
• Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and troubleshoot automation systems.
• Familiarity with robotic systems and programming (e.g., FANUC, ABB, KUKA).
