• We’re growing! Our established Insurance & Financial Services Agency in Rochester, NY is looking for an Experienced Customer Service / Sales Support Representative to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping others.

• Signing Bonus if Already P&C and/or Life-Health Licensed

Responsibilities

• · Assisting clients with Policy Changes, Billing, Claims, and policy questions.
• · Supporting the office sales goals by identifying sales opportunities and pivoting them from service transactions
• · Maintaining accurate records and delivering top-tier service
• · Supporting our Sales Focused Team Members and Agency Operations

Requirements

• · Minimum of 1-2 Years Customer Service or Sales experience in a Sales Environment is preferred
• · Current P&C or Life/ Health License preferred but we are willing to license and train the right team member!
• · Dependable, Friendly, Detail Oriented and a Team Player!
• · Fast Learner & Competitive… you enjoy helping a team reach its goals!
