- Village Green is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Services Coordinator to provide critical administrative and operational support to our corporate leadership team. This role is ideal for professionals with experience as an Administrative Coordinator, Operations Coordinator, Office Coordinator, Property Administrator, or Project Coordinator who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy keeping teams organized and running efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Job Description
- Use office software (Yardi, OneDrive, Docusign, Microsoft Office) to manage documents and communications effectively.
- Maintain and update databases/reports, ensuring the accuracy and security of data
- Create and manage Excel spreadsheets for reporting, tracking, and analysis purposes.
- Coordinate virtual communications (TEAMS), including meetings, webinars, and team collaboration.
- Collaborate with individuals at all ranks and across multiple departments to facilitate smooth workflows.
- Assist in planning and organizing departmental or organizational activities and events.
- Monitor and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Partner with corporate leaders and property managers across the organization.
- Own and coordinate administrative processes that drive operational success.
- Manage reporting, project tracking, and customer service activities.
- Play a key role in maintaining organization, efficiency, and communication across teams.
Requirements
- • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
