• As a Full-Time Bilingual Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be the first impression of Milan for prospective clients across the country. You’ll connect with warm, high-intent leads—no cold calling—and guide them toward booking their first consultation.
• You’ll work across phone, text, email, and chat, building quick connections, creating excitement, and helping clients feel confident starting their hair-free journey.
• This role is fast-paced and metric-driven, where your performance directly impacts your earnings. You’ll balance speed, accuracy, and exceptional service while delivering a standout client experience every time.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement & Sales
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, texts, emails, and chats
• Convert warm, marketing-generated leads into booked consultations
• Build rapport quickly with confidence, empathy, and strong communication
• Create urgency and excitement around starting laser hair removal
• Real-Time Performance & Coaching Environment
• Work in a highly collaborative, on-the-floor environment with live coaching and support
• Receive immediate feedback to help you improve, grow, and win

Requirements

• Bilingual Differential Included
• Total Cash Earnings: $22.85+ per hour with commission ($60,000+ annually)
