- Need Solution Architect with deep expertise in the insurance industry to lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable, and secure technology solutions.
- The ideal candidate will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to architect end-to-end solutions across underwriting, claims, policy administration, customer engagement, and digital transformation initiatives. You will play a critical role in aligning IT strategy with business goals and ensuring technology solutions support our growth and innovation roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable, and secure technology solutions.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to architect end-to-end solutions across underwriting, claims, policy administration, customer engagement, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Align IT strategy with business goals and ensure technology solutions support growth and innovation roadmap.
Requirements
- Experience in Property and Casualty is Mandatory. Experience in Net, Azure, React, PostgreSQL, Microservices and exposure to AI tools is required
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 12+ years of IT experience, with at least 4+ years as a Solution Architect in the insurance domain.
- Deep understanding of insurance business processes – underwriting, claims, policy lifecycle, reinsurance, and customer servicing.
- Hands-on experience with insurance platforms such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, or similar.
- Strong expertise in enterprise integration (SOAP/REST APIs, ESBs), microservices, and event-driven architecture.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure), containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with data architecture, analytics, and regulatory compliance in insurance. TOGAF or other enterprise architecture certifications.
- Experience with digital insurance technologies (chatbots, AI/ML, customer self-service portals).
- Working knowledge of core systems in Life or P&C insurance.
- Experience with regulatory and compliance requirements specific to the insurance sector.
