Responsibilities

• Provide transportation for clients for appointments, shopping, engagement activities, etc.
• Provide hands-on caregiving and companionship to older adults and those with disabilities.
• Work weekday and weekend shifts, 4-12 hour morning/daytime shifts, no short shifts.
• Travel up to 15 miles for shifts (approx. 30 min commuting time).

Requirements

• A valid driver's license and insured vehicle with your name on the policy is required to be considered.
• Able to provide transportation for clients for appointments, Shopping, engagement activities, etc.
• Advanced Proficiency in English –ability to read, write and communicate clearly. Great communication is ESSENTIAL in this role.
• Some experience as a hands-on Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or Certified Nurse’s Assistant. We will also consider private care or care for a loved one as experience.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 3 days of availability per week.
• Willingness to travel up to 15 miles for shifts (approx. 30 min commuting time)
• The ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds.
• Daily access to internet, email, and mobile phone w/ability to use a phone app. (WellSky experience a plus)
