Job description

• Master Flo Valve Inc. is currently seeking a full-time permanent Document Controller to work with our team in Edmonton, AB.

Responsibilities

• Project documentation interface between Customers and MFV departments.
• Assist Inside Sales reviewing documentation submittal requirements for assigned orders.
• Creation of MFV Supplier Documents Requirement List (SDRL) or customer format SDRL per order requirements.
• Liaise with Project Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, Sales, and QA on required project documentation within order specific time frames.
• Prepare submissions according to MFV or agreed customer standards
• Submit/receive, distribute, and log incoming/ outgoing supplier documents for assigned projects.
• Ensure all SDRL documentation is complete, submitted and approved at the end of projects.
• Actively supports and complies with corporate programs, standards, and policies, including the Health, Safety and Environment program, the Quality program, Quality policy and other corporate directives.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Documentation control experience in a technical organization preferred
• Intermediate skill level with Microsoft applications, including Excel is required
• Post-secondary education is an asset
• Ability to track documentation on many concurrent orders
• Excellent attention to detail, and written and oral communication skills
• A commitment to workplace health and safety.
