Responsibilities

• Build and maintain referral relationships with local businesses and community partners.
• Regularly visit car dealerships, real estate offices, banks, mortgage offices, and other local centers of influence.
• Introduce our agency and identify opportunities to develop mutually beneficial referral partnerships.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with existing referral sources while continuing to build new relationships.
• Represent the agency professionally at community events, networking opportunities, and local businesses.
• Track outreach activity and communicate referral opportunities and results with the agency team.

Requirements

• Outgoing personality with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable introducing yourself, starting conversations, and networking face-to-face.
• Self-motivated and able to manage your time and outreach independently.
• Professional, dependable, and comfortable representing our agency in the community.
• Reliable transportation for local business and community visits.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, networking, business development, or insurance is a plus, but not required.
