Overview
Experience with AWS customer engagement tools (Connect, Lex, etc.). Configure contact flows and build reports in AWS Connect. Integrate AWS Connect IVR with platforms using APIs and AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, etc.).

- Integrate AWS Connect IVR with platforms using APIs and AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with multiple AWS services, including at least two AI services.
- Strong scripting skills and ability to implement AWS environments as code.
- Automation-focused mindset; AWS certification is a plus.
