• We’re looking for a strategic, relationship-driven sales leader who will drive corporate, leisure, and group business across the Williamsburg, Virginia markets. In this field-focused, market-facing role, you will identify new opportunities, cultivate high-value partnerships, conduct site visits, and represent Vacatia within dynamic travel destinations.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new corporate, leisure, and group business across Williamsburg and Virginia Beach.
• Lead sales outreach through cold calls, presentations, networking events, and travel trade partnerships.
• Manage group inquiries, proposals, contracts, room blocks, and site visits from initial lead through execution.
• Analyze competitive landscape and market trends to inform pricing, positioning, and commercial strategy.
• Partner cross-functionally with Revenue, Marketing, Distribution, and resort leaders to ensure alignment, accuracy, and seamless delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hospitality sales experience across corporate, leisure, and group segments.
• Proven success in outbound sales, account management, and closing revenue-generating opportunities.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills with clients, partners, and community stakeholders.
• Experience using CRM systems, reporting dashboards, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of Williamsburg and Virginia Beach travel markets strongly preferred, with the ability to travel regularly between them.
