• Kensington Tours has built one of the most trusted names in luxury travel, and we're ready to take it further. This role sits at the center of that next chapter where we will turn a thriving successful business into an unmistakable luxury brand a growth engine that runs on customer experience and trust rather than paid clicks.
• You will lead Integrated Marketing: spanning PR, brand, social, always-on content, community growth and lead generation engine that powers Tours, Cruise, Ultraluxe, and future travel products built for our affluent audience across the US, Canada and internationally.
• Based out of Kensington's HQ, you'll sit at the epicentre of the business: reporting to the SVP Marketing and working alongside the executive team, with direct visibility and impact into every decision that shapes where Kensington grows next.
• Success is ultimately measured by the leads and travel our affluent audience books with Kensington. Following the customer journey, we will be measuring the share of voice growth, estimated PR media value, key digital journey KPIs and the social and webinar community engagement and growth. It also includes driving growth of our impactful Kensington Cares donations.

Responsibilities

• Brand & Storytelling
• Elevate Kensington's voice and presence in luxury travel across earned and owned channels and lead Kensington Cares philanthropic marketing as an expression of our values.
• Lead PR as a growth lever, closing our share-of-voice gap against category leaders and building Kensington's authority as the trusted luxury travel advisor.
• Lead Brand team in the evolution of the Kensington brand, ensuring we convey the value of each product in a customer centric way that is cohesive and decidedly Kensington.
• Integrated Marketing Lead Gen
• Drive a customer-centric, agile planning approach across every product and ready to build launch plans for future travel products that are appreciated by our discerning clientele and always with clear KPIs and a test & learn culture.
• Build plans across all audiences understanding how we can turn our clientele into brand ambassadors.
• Content & Community
• Build the content engine, spanning social media, video, and webinars, that drives engagement, community growth, and lead contribution across all audiences.
• People Leadership
• Lead and motivate the Integrated Marketing team, spanning brand, content, and integrated planning in a collaborative and results drive manner.
• Ensure every team member has a challenging, rewarding role, with clear growth paths within Kensington's flat, audience-led approach, partnering with marketing leaders of Marketing Operations, Agent, Acquisition, and CRM reporting to the SVP Marketing.

Requirements

• 15+ years in integrated marketing, brand, or content leadership, with at least 10 years in leadership roles.
• Experience leading cross-product or multi-brand marketing planning at a company with a diverse portfolio and an entrepreneurial culture.
• Track record of driving KPIs and budget accountability: you think like a marketer and report like a finance partner.
• Direct experience in PR, social media, brand and content development.
• Experience in luxury, travel, hospitality, or another considered-purchase category is a strong plus.
