• Kitchen Tune-Up and Bath Tune-Up of Charlotte is looking for an experienced in-home sales professional who knows how to build rapport, uncover customer needs, and consistently close deals.
• We're not looking for someone who wants to learn sales. We're looking for someone who has already proven they can perform. If you're a top producer, a self-starter, and thrive in a performance-based environment, we want to talk to you.

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners interested in remodeling their kitchens and bathrooms.
• Conduct in-home consultations.
• Build trust and guide clients through design and product options.
• Create and present proposals.
• Follow up and close sales.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first meeting through signed agreement.

Requirements

• Proven track record of success in in-home sales.
• Strong closing skills and the confidence to ask for the sale.
