- No cold calling. We provide qualified appointments with homeowners who have requested a consultation.

Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners in their homes for scheduled design consultations.
- Listen carefully to understand each client's needs, lifestyle, and vision.
- Measure spaces and create custom closet, pantry, garage, home office, laundry, and storage solutions using our intuitive design software.
- Present beautiful designs and pricing during the appointment.
- Guide clients through the purchasing decision with confidence and professionalism.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from consultation through installation.
Requirements
- Passionate about design and helping people.
- A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships.
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
- Comfortable learning technology and design software.
- Available to work evenings and weekends when homeowners are most available.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
