Responsibilities
- As an In-House Sales Representative, you'll meet with existing owners to present personalized vacation ownership solutions, strengthen customer relationships, and help owners maximize the value of their membership while achieving outstanding sales results.
Requirements
- Active Florida Real Estate License (Required)
- Previous Vacation Ownership In-House Sales experience (Required)
- Proven closing ability with a track record of consistent sales performance
- Previous success in Vacation Ownership In-House Sales
- Strong closing and presentation skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Competitive, goal-driven mindset
- Professional, customer-focused approach
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as required
