- Lawn Doctor of Greenville is hiring a dependable Lawn Care Technician & Field Sales Representative. This is a technician-first role focused on delivering high-quality lawn care services, with additional responsibility for identifying upsell opportunities, generating leads, and supporting business growth.
- This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with a local business.
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled lawn care services along assigned routes
- Evaluate lawns and recommend appropriate services
- Log work and observations using an iPad-based system
- Request customer reviews when service expectations are exceeded
- Generate leads through door hangers and neighborhood outreach
- Earn commission on new customers and service upgrades you generate
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Comfortable working outdoors independently
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Sales or customer-facing experience a plus
