Responsibilities

• You’ll have responsibility for developing and executing our entire marketing strategy, including:
• · Google Business Profile optimization
• · Online review strategy and reputation management
• · Google Local Services Ads (LSAs)
• · Pay-Per-Click campaign management and vendor oversight
• · Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• · AI Search Optimization (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and emerging platforms)
• · Website management and ongoing improvements
• · Social media strategy and content creation
• · Email marketing campaigns
• · Community outreach and local events
• · Referral and customer loyalty programs
• · Property manager and commercial partner communications
• · Marketing analytics and reporting
• · Brand consistency across all customer touchpoints
• · Increase qualified leads
• · Improve conversion rates
• · Grow our online reputation
• · Become the #1 plumbing company consumers find online
• · Expand successfully into new markets
• · Strengthen relationships with commercial and residential customers
• · Create innovative campaigns competitors haven’t thought of yet
