Responsibilities
- Support customers in making informed decisions with tailored ag‑equipment solutions
- Leverage your knowledge of John Deere and competitive equipment to guide purchases
- Appraise trade‑ins and lead equipment demonstrations
- Oversee product delivery and operator training
- Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships
- Research industry trends and monitor competitors
- Stay current on incentive programs and financing options
- Develop innovative solutions that streamline processes and cultivate sales growth

Requirements
- Outgoing, proactive personality with strong goal‑driven motivation
- Knowledge of current agricultural practices
- Ability to lift 40 lbs and sit, stand, or squat for extended periods
- Ability to safely operate, hook up, secure, and transport equipment
- Willingness and ability to mentor less‑experienced candidates
- Strong communication skills with ability to build customer relationships

- Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends
- Bachelor's degree in business or an agriculture‑related field
- 3+ years of account management or direct sales experience in ag equipment or a related field
