Responsibilities
- Meet with clients in their homes to understand their storage needs and style preferences. Design custom closet systems using our innovative software.
- Create detailed proposals and estimates tailored to each project.
- Partner with the installation team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the design and installation process.
- Maintain attention to detail, quality, and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in in-home closet design or a related field.
- Proven in-home sales experience with a strong track record of success.
- Comfortable using technology and learning new software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with excellent time-management abilities.
- Self-motivated, but also a strong team player.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for design and customer experience.
- Knowledge of construction materials and techniques.
- Commission-based sales experience.
- Experience in IN HOME SALES
