- Semper Valens Solutions is seeking an experienced Cloud Architect to support our organization in the Ft. Belvoir, VA area.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for engineering, building, testing, and deployment of cloud service offerings for new and existing cloud architectures.
- Develops architecture products including technical architecture, business architecture, strategic planning, and business process design.
- Participates in high-level enterprise architecture analysis, evaluation, design, integration, documentation, and development.
- Applies high-level business and technical principles and methods to difficult technical problems to arrive at creative engineering solutions.
- Adept at migrating systems to a cloud architecture from disparate platforms and utilizing a wide range of tools to implement/re-implement systems in a cloud architecture.
- a) Provides cloud architectural expertise to management and technical staff.
- b) Develops cloud architectural products and deliverables for the enterprise and
- operational business lines.
- c) Develops cloud system strategy and infrastructure design to support the strategy.
- d) Advises on selection of cloud technological purchases with regards to processing, data storage, data access, and application requirements.
Requirements
- BS or BA degree and 10 years of experience
- Minimum of a Secret Clearance required
