Responsibilities

• DTB is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Mechanical Test Engineer with over 5 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, or construction projects. This candidate has proven expertise in mechanical or fluid systems, project management, and troubleshooting complex challenges. DTB is looking for a strong communicator with a track record of building lasting customer relationships and driving efficiency in fast-paced environments.

Requirements

• 4 yr. bachelor's degree in either Mechanical, Fluids, Process, Manufacturing, or Systems Engineering REQUIRED
• 5+ years- experience in an engineering position in a similar field REQUIRED
• Ability to obtain Secret clearance
• US Citizenship is required
• Project management experience on large-scale programs preferred
• Experience in Mechanical/Fluid/Systems testing a plus
• Engineering design (Inventor, AutoCAD, etc.) experience a plus
• MS Project experience a plus
• Ability to work overtime to meet deadlines, including nights and weekends, as necessary
• Motivated to learn new challenges
• Strong attention to detail
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
