Responsibilities

• Engage & Educate: Serve as the professional face and front line of our brand at local events. Actively greet homeowners and initiate genuine, friendly conversations.
• Lead Generation: Discuss home improvement needs regarding windows, siding, doors, and bathroom remodels (no prior product knowledge required-we teach you everything).
• Book Appointments: Schedule free, no-obligation, in-home design estimates for interested homeowners.
• Rock Local Events: Travel to, set up, and tear down eye-catching company displays at prime local spots, including Mahoning Valley Scrappers, YSU Football, Youngstown Phantoms games, county fairs, craft shows, and home expos.

Requirements

• You are a true people person: Outgoing, energetic, and genuinely enjoy interacting with new people daily.
• Dependable & Driven: You are goal-oriented, self-motivated, and look at a goal as a benchmark to crush.
• Schedule Availability: Weekend and evening availability is necessary, as this is peak time for our best-performing community events!
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during events, and comfortably handle light physical setup/teardown
