Job description

• The Program Manager shall be responsible for planning, directing, organizing, supervising, and controlling all contract activities and personnel. The Program Manager shall have full authority to act for the Contractor on all matters relating to daily operations and contract performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration and supervision of all Contractor employees.
• Identify all required events and the duration of tasks leading up to deliverables as specified in the contract and the PWS.
• Evaluate and report to Secret Service personnel on the status of program schedule risks, and formulate risk management plans to eliminate or reduce such risks.
• Be prepared at all times to present and discuss with Secret Service personnel the status of all requirements, deliverables, problems, and the overall master schedule.
• Ensure the stability and continuity of the workforce for uninterrupted performance of all contract tasks.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business, Public Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• 10+ years managing federal HR or law enforcement consulting projects.
• 5+ years in program management.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with federal stakeholders.
• Experience supporting federal HR, law enforcement, or workforce modernization projects.
