- FYI is seeking a Statistician, Research Analyst, or Data Analyst to provide workforce analytics and statistical analysis to support the United States Secret Service (USSS). The candidate must possess 6-10 years of experience to perform the assigned duties as outlined below.
Responsibilities
- Provide workforce analytics and statistical analysis to support the United States Secret Service (USSS).
Requirements
- Expert in Data Visualization techniques for workforce data
- Advanced knowledge in MS Excel
- Advanced knowledge in MS Power BI
- Strong knowledge of MS SharePoint
- Strong project management skills
- Fluid understanding of workforce planning to include full-time equivalent (FTE) and calculating an effective work year (EWY)
- Basic knowledge of workforce modeling using the bottom-up approach, i.e., understanding the measurement of processes/tasks using frequency and duration to determine FTE consumption
- Statistical Analysis System (SAS) experience preferred, but not required
- Must be capable of working independently to meet timelines
