Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless user experiences and product innovation.
• Develop and communicate a clear design strategy ensuring user interfaces are intuitive, engaging, and aligned with business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for improving user experience and define the design roadmap.
• Conduct data visualization, create wireframes, user flows, rapid prototyping, and user research.

Requirements

• Security-cleared Professional: An active DOD Secret Clearance is required to be considered for this position.
• Education and Experience: You have a Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of related experience in UI/UX and Agile in addition to the following:
• Five (5) or more years of experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including program, project, product management, engineering, and customers to create seamless user experiences and product innovation.
• Five (5) or more years of experience developing and communicating a clear design strategy ensuring that the user interfaces are intuitive, engaging, and aligned with business objectives. Five (5) years of experience identifying opportunities for improving user experience and defining the design roadmap.
• Five (5) or more years of experience in data visualization, creating wireframes, user flows, rapid prototyping, and conducting user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
