• One of our Washington, DC needs an Intermediate Technical Analyst for a permanent position.
• Description: We are hiring an Intermediate Financial Analyst to provide lifecycle management and financial oversight for intra-governmental transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial operations across federal agencies. This role supports financial execution by maintaining data integrity, resolving system discrepancies, and advising stakeholders on federal financial processes and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing the full lifecycle of intra-governmental agreements, including initiation, funding, execution, performance monitoring, and closeout.
• Monitor financial transactions to ensure proper execution, validate receipt and acceptance of goods and services, and reconcile outstanding obligations to maintain accurate and current financial records.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve discrepancies within financial systems; perform routine reconciliations to ensure consistency, accuracy, and integrity of data across platforms.
• Provide guidance to staff and program managers on federal financial policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure regulatory compliance and improve transaction efficiency.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in federal financial management, resource management, or federal acquisition environments.
• Hands-on experience with U.S. Treasury G-Invoicing platform required.
• Familiarity with federal financial systems (e.g., ERP platforms).
• Working knowledge of federal financial laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
