- We're looking for candidates with residential sales experience (solar, pest control, internet, security, home improvement). No degree, water experience, or formal sales training is required.
Responsibilities
- Run pre-scheduled daily appointments in customers' homes
- A steady stream of company-generated leads
- Freedom to produce new leads through referrals, events, and networking, so you’re never capped on income
- Perform professional water quality analysis using EPA-approved testing
- Design customized Culligan water treatment solutions solving real household problems (hard water damage, scale buildup, contamination concerns)
- Close same-day using a consultative approach (complete training provided)

- Great rapport-building skills
- Valid driver's license, comfortable with evening appointments
