- We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team on a temporary basis for approximately 60-90 days. This role is ideal for someone with prior insurance experience who can step in quickly to assist with daily office operations, customer support, and administrative tasks.
- The ideal candidate is professional, organized, comfortable handling customer interactions, and able to support a fast-paced insurance office with both service and administrative responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with general policy and billing questions
- Complete and process forms and other insurance-related documentation
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls appropriately
- Accept and process customer payments
- Provide administrative support to the office and service team
- Assist with follow-up requests and day-to-day office needs
- Support smooth office operations through strong attention to detail and communication
Requirements
- Prior insurance industry experience is required
- Active insurance license required (Florida 2-20, 4-40 or 20-44)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, dependable, and able to multitask effectively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
- Ability to learn agency systems and processes quickly
