• Deliver custom homes on schedule, within budget, and to Nautilus Homes' quality standards
• Build trusted relationships with homeowners, architects, designers, and trade partners
• Anticipate project challenges and resolve them proactively
• Maintain organized project documentation and financial accuracy
• Contribute to the exceptional client experience that has become synonymous with the Nautilus Homes brand

Responsibilities

• As Project Manager, you'll oversee luxury custom home projects from pre-construction through final completion.
• Manage multiple custom home projects while maintaining schedules, budgets, and quality standards
• Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, architects, designers, and consultants
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners throughout construction
• Monitor project budgets, contracts, change orders, forecasting, and milestone billing
• Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
• Partner with Superintendents to ensure field operations align with project goals
• Conduct regular site visits to verify workmanship, safety, and project progress
• Oversee project documentation, RFIs, submittals, inspections, and closeout activities
• Identify project risks early and develop practical solutions to keep projects moving forward

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in custom residential construction
• At least 5 years of Project Management experience
• Experience managing luxury custom homes preferred
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and financial management skills
• Proficiency with Procore and construction management software (Procore certification is a plus)
• Experience using Microsoft Project
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Working knowledge of Florida residential construction, permitting, and building codes
• Valid Florida driver's license and ability to travel throughout the Sarasota area
