Job description
- We proudly serve homeowners across Texas, Arizona, and Nevada through One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, and Buffalo Electric.
- We’re looking for a Customer Care Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You’ll be the first voice our clients hear — delivering first-rate service, scheduling appointments, and helping ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service on every call
- Schedule service and sales appointments
- Offer additional services and products to meet call center goals
- Make outbound calls to fill the schedule and retain customers
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Partner with dispatch and technicians for timely service
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
Requirements
- 2+ years of customer service experience (call center preferred)
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong organizational habits and attention to detail
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or GED
